Col. Sharon Gat

Founder, Owner and CEO
Col. Sharon Gat joined the Golani reconnaissance unit in 1990 and during his military service fought in Lebanon, Gaza and Judea and Samaria. He participated in dozens of daring operations and encounters with terrorists. He was released from the army in 1997.

In 2003 Col Gat was selected by the Defense Ministry and the IDF to head a special counter-terrorism project in high-risk areas.

In 2004, Sharon Gat founded Caliber 3, the largest anti-terror and security school in the State of Israel, with the idea that every person who loves Israel will have an address to come to, to learn how to defend himself, his family and his country.

Eitan Vilozne

Head Instructor

Eitan has over 15 years of experience as both an active security officer and instructor. Prior to joining Caliber 3 Eitan served in a variety of security roles such as a Deputy Commander of a special rapid response team, a bodyguard in the Prime Minister of Israel's office and as a combat shooting instructor at Ben Gurion Airport – the most protected airport on the planet.




Eitan Cohen
Senior Counter-terror and Krav Maga instructor

Eitan Cohen is a military and civilian counter-terror and security professional and active IDF reservist, with over 20 years of experience working in elite undercover units, including, YAMAS, undercover Border Police, guerilla/commando and counter-terror sniper units. Eitan has been with Caliber 3 for over four years.





Alex Baramba

Senior Combat & Krav Maga Instructor

Alex Baramba is a military and civilian counter-terror and security professional and active IDF reservist in an elite unit, with over 15 years of experience working in both private and government security. Prior to joining Caliber 3 seven years ago, Alex worked for the Ministry of Defense and commanded a security unit protecting public transportation.
